Every change to a published claim, logged and dated. Refuted claims are removed, not softened; corrected claims say so here.
The Najar case was dismissed on June 13, 2025, not June 11. The docket report gave June 11 as the date the extortion case was dismissed without prejudice. The request for dismissal on this site is stamped received, and the dismissal entered, on June 13, 2025. The page now says June 13.
Najar opposed the financial-discovery motion with a brief, not with silence. The rulings report said Judge Salkin’s March 25, 2025 finding came “on a motion Najar did not oppose.” The minute order records his opposition brief of February 13, 2025, and that he “submits no evidence in opposition.” The page now says he filed a brief and no evidence.
The crew member’s video went up on Saturday morning, not Friday evening. Fired at 7:57 the Morning After Her Complaint said Senderr’s behind-the-scenes video was published on September 4, 2026 at 7:39 pm Los Angeles time, and opened with “On Friday evening.” The video’s own metadata puts it at 10:59 am on Saturday, September 5. The error was this site’s time-zone conversion. The page, its video card and its sources now say September 5.
Newsweek’s awards are not walled off from its newsroom, by its own account. YouTube Took Down LUS’s Video for a Phone Number said the Readers’ Choice program belongs to the magazine’s rankings business, “not its newsroom.” Newsweek’s program page says nominees are “selected by Newsweek’s editorial team,” its rules say winners may “purchase a license” for the badge, and the magazine describes no separation. The same page repeated AirDoctor’s June 5, 2025 announcement without noting that Newsweek’s list that day placed AirDoctor fourth, or that the April 22, 2026 list placed it first. All of it now reads as the record shows.
The reporter was laid off, and the date is hers. The same update carried the whistleblower’s account that Valerie Bauman “was just laid off” as an unverified claim. On February 11, 2025, five days after her “our editor was very pleased” email, Bauman wrote on X: “Some difficult personal news. I have been laid off from @Newsweek.” The page now says so in her words.
The two closings were one deal. What Myra Nishizaki Alleged, and How Her Case Left the Public Record called it an inference that the June 2025 dismissals of her case and the extortion case were one settlement. They were, on the company’s own account: in AirDoctor, LLC v. Lonni, Inc. (C.D. Cal. No. 2:23-cv-00353), a September 24, 2025 filing by counsel for AirDoctor and Ideal Living Management states that “in April 2025, the parties in the Nishizaki Lawsuit, the Najar Lawsuit and the Restraining Order Proceeding reached a settlement agreement,” with a confidentiality provision. The grade is now CONFIRMED and the filing is hosted.
The prior suit ended in a payment. The Record Does Not Need the Witnesses and What the Court Found, and What Najar Said Under Oath said no adjudication of Graham v. Sisters of Providence appears in the record, which is true, and stopped there. The Los Angeles Times reported on May 10, 2002 that the order of nuns that runs the school paid the former student an undisclosed sum to settle the negligence complaint against it; the docket lists the order and Najar as the two defendants, a second case number under the same caption (EC034373, about 2001) sits in court indexes with no public contents, and the report names no teacher. Both pages now say so, and that the settlement was the order’s, not a finding against Najar.
The settlement has a date and a term. The same update said the extortion case “settled three months later” and that the settlement required Najar to “refrain from certain actions.” The stipulation hosted on this site says the parties settled on April 7, 2025, thirteen days after the financial-discovery order, and that the restriction runs through December 31, 2034. The page now carries both.
One word of a ruling, and a sentence that could be misread. What the Court Found, and What Najar Said Under Oath quoted Judge Moskowitz, through the plaintiffs’ brief, as saying Najar used a program “to disguise where they were coming from”; the transcript says “who they were coming from.” The same passage said “the petitioners had shown a course of conduct,” which reads as if the petitioners’ own conduct were at issue. The petitioner was Spiegel alone, with Williams listed on the order as a protected person, and the conduct the judge found was Najar’s. The passage now states what she found and quotes her.
Her case will decide nothing further. What Peter Spiegel Told the Police said that what the seventeen-hour sequence meant was “for her employment case, LASC 23VECV03833, to decide.” That case was stayed for private arbitration in November 2023 and dismissed with prejudice on June 2, 2025, so nothing it decided is public. The sentence now says so; the case itself is the subject of a new update.
A defendant the caption never named. The Wall Came Down said Tui Rose named “both founders of the ashram: Prakashanand Saraswati and Kripalu Maharaj.” The caption names nine defendants: Jagadguru Kripalu Parishat, Barsana Dham, Prakashanand Saraswati, four temple officers, Peter Spiegel, and Kathleen “Katie” Williams. Kripalu Maharaj is not among them. The sentence now lists the defendants the filings show.
A dismissal the record does not show. The law report and The purifier and the fugitive’s bond stated, as an adjudicated fact, that Rose’s racketeering count was dismissed on the standing rule Horn later erased. The court filings in hand show a case on a trial track through September 2010 and a termination on October 26 with no recorded judgment; the order that ended it is not in the public archive. That the case fell to the standing rule is now labeled this site’s inference, to be confirmed or withdrawn when the order is obtained.
The witnesses, the movants, and the docket. The bond report described the subpoenaed family as the criminal case’s “child witnesses” and the motions against them as filed by “Spiegel’s co-parties” in the Texas docket. The witnesses were adults in 2010 whose childhood abuse allegations underlay the criminal case; the motions to compel, for contempt, and for $2,906.54 in sanctions were filed by all nine defendants, Spiegel and Williams among them, through shared counsel; and they sit in the companion subpoena proceeding in the Western District of Washington, not the Texas docket. The Washington case numbers were the defendants’ subpoena fights, not suits Rose filed there.
The renamed holding company was in Hong Kong. The Forty-Year Machine said the Dublin company Sylmark Holdings Ltd was renamed Ideal Living Holdings Ltd. The Irish company kept its name; the entity renamed Ideal Living Holdings Ltd in 2011 and Response Products Ltd in 2012 was a Hong Kong namesake, registry number 1409389, dissolved in 2020. The report and the lineage table now say so.
The lender. The machine report called CIBC Bank USA the company’s current lender. CIBC made the 2020 pandemic loan. The secured party of record today is JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which took a security interest over all forty-four trademarks of the five operating companies on July 11, 2025.
AquaTru’s mark moved in 2017. The machine report dated the whole trademark repatriation to December 31, 2018 and placed it “inside the window opened by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.” The AquaTru mark moved on November 29, 2017, before that law was enacted; the AirDoctor mark moved in December 2018. No record states a motive, and the report no longer suggests one.
Ten parcels, not six, and one of them is taxed. Deeded Months Before the Arrest said the ashram was six parcels worth $22.3 million, all with $0 taxable value. The Hays County roster shows ten parcels worth about $25.5 million, three under the JKP Temple Trust and seven under JKP Foundation Inc, moved by two deeds the same day; the foundation’s office and warehouse tract at Lotus Circle is taxed, about $2.6 million of taxable value.
Months, and seventy-nine days. The estate report’s body still said the deed landed “weeks after” the police report, and this page gave the arrest as May 2008. The police report was mid-2007, the deed February 5, 2008, and the arrest April 24, 2008, seventy-nine days after the deed. Both are fixed.
A 2014 report, denied, not a live fight. The Trust at Mangarh ran a succession dispute in the present tense. It is a January 2014 wire report that the sect denied three days later; no case followed, and nothing on the record reopened it after the 2024 crash. The report now says so.
The ashes are a blog report. The purifier and the fugitive’s bond stated as fact that the guru’s followers distributed his ashes in 2021. The only source is a former member’s blog; officially he is a living fugitive. The sentence is now attributed.
The Doe suit is reported, not confirmed. The Wall Came Down and the bond report treated a settled Doe suit under the trafficking statute as a confirmed precedent. The source is a plaintiffs’ firm’s own results page; no docket has been pinned and the statute pleaded is not on the record. Both now say so.
A different American board. Half of It Goes to India read as if two directors of the Canadian society sat on the Spiegel temples’ board. They sit on the board of the American Radha Madhav Society in Georgia, which shares no officer with the temples. The sentence now names the board.
Counts refreshed. The home page said 345 entities and 56 records; the map holds 372 and the vault 78.
Ten days, not nine. The Record Does Not Need the Witnesses put the whistleblower’s June 2, 2025 dismissal nine days before the end of the extortion suit against her partner. The settlement stipulation in that suit is dated June 12, 2025, ten days later; the dismissal followed on June 13. The sentence now counts to the stipulation.
A court did find who wrote them. What Peter Spiegel Told the Police said no court ever found who wrote the anonymous emails. At the restraining-order hearing on January 17, 2024, Judge Karen Moskowitz found by clear and convincing evidence that at least two came from Najar. The line is corrected and graded as a court finding.
The prior suit’s caption. The Record Does Not Need the Witnesses called the 1999 Burbank case “Graham v. Najar.” Najar’s own motion of March 19, 2025 gives the caption as Graham v. Sisters of Providence in California, et al., calls it the 2001 lawsuit, and says he denies it, was never found liable, and does not recall being served. The timeline and sources now say so.
A neuroscientist, not a doctor. The home page called an AirDoctor endorser “the television doctor”; Mayim Bialik holds a doctorate in neuroscience and is not a physician.
The burial network was undercounted. The report said two domains were registered on Peter Spiegel’s name one second apart. Registry RDAP records show three, ending .com, .org, and .net, within three seconds on 2023-09-28. The count was corrected upward and every timestamp is now linked in The burial detail and the vault.
“Weeks” became “months.” The estate report’s headline described the February 5, 2008 deed as weeks before the arrest; the interval to the April 24, 2008 arrest is 79 days, about eleven weeks, and the interval from the mid-2007 police report to the deed is closer to five to seven months. The headline in Deeded Months Before the Arrest now says months.
A consent order is not an admission. The machine report stated the 1997 weight-loss claims were false as settled fact; the FTC alleged they were false and the matter resolved by consent order. The Forty-Year Machine now attributes the charge to the FTC.
A settlement is not a verdict. The law report described a settled facilitator suit as proof a party was “made to pay.” The Wall Came Down now states it resolved in a settlement, without a trial or a verdict.
Titles standardized. Peter Spiegel’s role at the temple entity appeared variously as president and managing director; the sourced record supports director and treasurer, now used throughout.
Dropped charges are not a history. The scrub report referred to Kripalu Maharaj’s “sex-crime history”; the record is arrests where charges were dropped, and The link they deleted now says exactly that.
